Our moose hunts
take place at the foothills of the Alaska Range south of Fairbanks.
After 7 seasons of guiding in the Alaskan Range, I am proud to
say that every hunter has had the opportunity to harvest a
trophy bull. This area has
an extremely healthy moose population and the bull/cow ratio is very
good. We see legal bulls (50") every day, often right from
camp.

We
access the main camp with a Supercub and we have an Argo
eight-wheeler to help with packing duties. Accommodations are
high quality tents for sleeping and a weather port with a wood stove
for a cook tent.
I
typically take 3 or 4 hunters per season. My goal for every
hunter is a bull that they will be happy with. We try to
target older bulls in the 60" class. My focus is to provide a
quality hunt to ensure that every client is satisfied with their
Alaskan experience.

Our Dall
Sheep hunts take place in the Alaska Range South of Fairbanks.
The Alaska range supports a very healthy
population of mature rams. My guide area offers a very
realistic possibility at a mature 36" ram.

 |
The Dall sheep is considered by many to be the ultimate big
game trophy in North America. Hunts will take place from my
various spike camps. Spike camps will be established based on
results of pre-scouting aerial surveys. I have
personally been involved in more than 25 sheep hunts, with only 2
being unsuccessful.
Dall sheep hunts are very physical. Expect to hike as
many as 10 miles per day over very rugged terrain, and be able to
climb 2,000 to 3,000 vertical feet while carrying a 25-30 pound back
pack. Your physical ability may mean the difference between
taking an average sheep and a exceptional ram. |
